You've had a feeling for a while that something is off. Maybe the tantrums are too big, or your worrying never lets up, or the school day keeps ending in tears. Whatever it is, you're tired of wondering if it's “normal.”

You’re in the right place. I provide evidence-based therapy for children and teens, with one goal: helping young people build resilience and thrive.

How I work

When your child works with me, I take the time to truly know them. Behavior is a language, and my first job is to understand what your child’s behavior is saying.

  • The kid who looks defiant is often anxious.
  • The one who melts down over small changes may be overwhelmed in ways they can’t yet explain.
  • Once we understand the why, everything else follows from it.

You’ll be part of the work too.

I never treat a child in isolation, because the relationship between you and your child is where lasting change happens. As I get to know your family, I’ll translate what I’m learning into practical, research-backed tools curated specifically for your child and your home. Nothing I recommend is cookie-cutter, because no child is.
